1. Creative Approach
Every photographer has a unique style. By booking a session with me, you’re trusting my creative vision and editing style. I strongly encourage you to explore my portfolio and Instagram first, so you can be sure my approach feels like the right fit for you!
2. BOOKING DEPOSIT
I kindly request a £30 deposit to secure your chosen date and time, this will be deducted from the total amount due. please note This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
3. Preparing for Your Session
Your preparation is key to achieving the results you want. please Arrive feeling well-rested, prepared, and camera-ready so we can make the most of your time in front of the lens. I’m always happy to offer styling tips and guidance before and during your shoot, but please note that I don’t provide makeup, hair, or nail services. Similarly, detailed retouching of these aspects isn’t included in my standard editing process.
4. punctuality
Being on time helps us keep things relaxed and enjoyable. If you think you might be running late, please let me know as soon as you can — I’ll always do my best to accommodate changes when possible. However, if there’s no prior notice and another booking follows yours, I may not be able to extend the session beyond the scheduled time.
5. EDITING
My editing style is natural, focused on celebrating your authentic features and personality. I don’t add or remove elements without your consent. If you’d like specific retouching or subtle adjustments (such as removing small skin imperfections), please let me know - I aim to accomodate all requests.
6. PAYMENT terms
The balance is due upon delivery of your proof gallery or your selection of favorite images. Your timely payment is greatly appreciated as it allows me to begin the editing process without delay.
Additional edits beyond what is indicated in your chosen package are charged at a rate of £5 per photo. Black and white conversions are also available upon request, free of charge.
7. PHOTO DELIVERY
Your final photo gallery will be delivered to "Client Zone" within three weeks of payment, once your image selection is finalised.
You can choose to have your gallery password-protected for added privacy.
Each gallery includes two file sizes — one optimised for social media and web use, and another in high resolution for printing. Simply click the “Download Image” button to select your preferred format.
The gallery will be available for you to enjoy, share, and download for six months from the delivery date. During this time, I encourage you to save and back up your images to ensure lifelong access to your precious memories. After this six-month period, the online gallery will expire, and I cannot guarantee the availability of your images. It is your responsibility to download and safeguard your photographs, as I am unable to retain them indefinitely.
8. Photo sharing
I love showcasing the beautiful work created with my clients and may share select images on my social media or portfolio. if you’d prefer your photographs to remain private, please let me know before booking your session.
